Last night I went out with some friends. By the time we were about to leave, a guy and I decided to sit down for a bit on the sofas. They were crowded and there was only 1 chair left. So my friend sat there and I sat on the sofa arm, making one girl moving her arm away a bit but didn't even look at her.

5 mins later or so they seemed to be on the move but didn't actually stand up, so I asked, 'are you leaving?' in Spanish. She was like I don't understand you, so I repeated it in English and had a really short funny talk (under 5 mins with many smiles). Turns out they weren't leaving but some people on another sofa did, so we sat there. Then, they were giving us looks for like an hour or so while my friend and I were just relaxed talking to each other.

Later on, we stand up and meet other friends close by and before we left, I approached the girl and said, 'We are about to leave, write your phone here [handle her the phone] so we can meet/talk again'. I don't remember for sure if I said meet or talk. It was a HUGE step for me so I was freaking nervous, so I decided to eject and we left.

As it was so short interaction, I decided to text her that same moment through SPAM. Turns out she didn't have 3g and she didn't receive it that night (she's from Netherlands).

This is what we said:

Me: Hey, it's the guy who wanted to steal your sofa, I forgot to ask, what's your name? (remember how nervous I was? so this happens)

She: (next morning) You know nooothing about me, and I wasn't even lookin' pretty tonight so honestly, why did you ask my number?

There are 2 shit tests there (as I see it), the open ended 'why I asked for her number?' and the 'I wasn't even lookin' pretty tonight' and 2 disqualification 'you know nothing about me' and she ignored my question. So it's a pretty tough answer. I sincerely don't care if I get her or not, right now I'm so happy as I overcame my approach anxiety big time there. Though if I can get further, why shouldn't I try?

Another friend noted (wisely) that she might be here for short time as she doesn't have a Spanish number.

Any help about what to answer to this bloody message would be highly welcome!
