I was out three days ago and I met a girl. I liked her and chose to not enter the seduction stage of the game. This allowed for a good number close and not crossing "the point of no return". I am confident she was into me. Niether of use had consumed more than two drinks that night and I am confident she wanted to see me again.

I took me three days to text her. I dont give a shit about the three days rule or anything like that, it just happened to be three days before I threw her a text. She had given me her number but I had not given her mine, which in my opinion is always fucking awkard because you have to reintroduce yourself in the first text message. This what I wrote:

ME: Hey its Brad. I had fun with you the other night.

It wasnt clever and it wasnt something to re-capture intrest. I was confident enought in the rapport that we had created at the bar to carry the text conversation. I was confident that she would text me back regardless of what I had said.

I texted her about a day ago and I have not recieved a response. I rarely need advice on game in such early stages, however Im pretty fucking confused. Any advice would be awesome. Cheers and thanks.

I'm sure you dont need a review of basics but most number flakes are due to lack of a significant emotional connection before the number close. It sounds like you assumed attraction without creating a strong enough of an emotional connection, thus after a couple texts over 3-5 days she likely forgot if you were really worth following up with. Guys do this, as they do many of their mistakes, because they think girls rationalize like guys, and if we are interested in a chick now, we will also interested in her in a week. Not so with girls, they, are mercurial emotional creatures with vicissitudes of illogical thoughts and feelings. Good PUA's can benefit from this difference, but its the fornicative death of AFC's.

The second reason could just be poor logistics out of your control. Herpes outbreak, moving to Albania, boyfriends back from Iraq etc.

I would advise a weeks freeze out, she may likely text you first. If not then throw the hail mary.

UPDATE.

She texted back and seemed really enthusiastic about hanging out. It took her 2 full days to text back. Her delay is still blowing my fucking mind. Ive never had that happen before but I guess it worked out. Ill field report the rest of this to let you guys know how this goes.

sounds like a positive result from your freeze out. Make sure you play it cool, if you re-attach hard and dont challenge her she will likely loose interest. Don't try to match her level of enthusiasm.
