I am in training for two weeks at a new job in the arctic. There is this girl in training who is stationed in a town that happens to be where her boyfriend is to. She was telling me at the bar last weekend how she isnt sure abut her boyfriend and needs her space and she doesnt like living with him. We have gone for a walk, and the last two nights she called me up to do homework or watch a movie, but wasn't at the hotel to get the message (mb with other people/ mb not). She is a bit flirty with one other guy in the training. Can a girl just be flirty but actually not give out, or does she want it if shes flirting? Tomorrow we are going out to the bar as a group and we leave Friday. Any suggestions on how I should move forward from here?
