I've been hooking up with this girl for a few weeks now. We havent slept together yet, but we've gone out a few times, and have pretty much only got to the stage of kissing each time.

A few nights ago, after a party that we were at, we hung out in a school yard, making out. Again, we didnt sleep together (but that's not the point).

The next morning I got a text from her saying she enjoyed the night, and enjoyed lying in the garden bed making out, and wanted to know when we can next meet up. I replied saying i also enjoyed kissing her in the garden, and joked that i was considering moving out of home and into a school yard, that she can come visit whenever she wants, and that im free from Wed onwards, and I havent heard from her since.

So, i know im being petty her, but i feel like, up until that message (about a months worth of contact) I had been playing it cool, and not showing my affection (alpha), except for in person, and then now, I have given into the temptation to show my affection through text (beta), which i feel could be off-putting.

However, I hope im just overthinking things.

Surely its ok to express that you enjoyed kissing, especially after having been interacting with a particular girl for a few weeks. I mean, maybe if i said that i loved her over txt or something, then that would be an issue, but surely saying the kissing was enjoyed is fine, right?

There is a difference between what you say and how you say it.

But dude, she wants to fuck you. When she can next meet up? She is TELLING YOU to invite her over to your place! You shouldn't be stressing about the fact that you said you liked kissing her, you should be stressing about the fact that you DIDN'T INVITE HER OVER!


All you can do now is play it cool, and invite her over and hope she bites. Do you have something that interests both of you? Like a movie you talked about watching? Or maybe you wanna show her something? Use that as an excuse to get her over to your place.

i think ive figured out why she hasnt replied yet (its been over a day since my text). ill elaborate:

Whilst we were hanging out in the abandoned school making out, it got to a point where we were dry-rooting (ie basically having sex with out clothes on) and she was moaning etc. So eventually we were like "hmmm, well where should we go...?" (to have sex)...but in the end, we were both indecisive about it/couldnt decide where to go (she didnt want to come to mine cos its too far out of town, and she didnt want to go to hers cos she lives with her parents, and the only other option was go to a friends house down the road to find a spare bed, but she didnt feel comrfotable with that.) so evnetually i dropped her off at home and drove back to mine by myself.

anyways, the point is, for about an hour when we were trying to decide where to go to sleep together, and we were joking about how indecisive we were, and that i have always had to make the decisions for us in the past (in the few weeks we've known each other/been hanging out! haha).

anyways, in the text she sent the following morning, she joked about how indecisive we were, and that i have made my fair share of decisions, and that "the next one is on (her)". So my point here is, in my reply, i told her what days i was free, and that she could decide from there when to next see each other from there. That, i feel, is the mistake i have made - letting her be in control/,make the calls/decisions! Am i right in saying that was the wrong move?

and to answer your question, i work in a video store part time, when im not at uni, so movies are my forte. And yes, i know a particular movie that she wants to watch, so there you go, that will be how i get her over to mine.

but the question is: should i leave it a few days before inviting her over/to meet up etc? i feel that after telling her that she was making the decisions (even tho it was a mistake) but then contacting her so soon would just come across as me second guessing my choice to let her make the decisions/come across as needy.

thoughts on this?

also, if you make it through my lengthy detail, i commend you, and apologize for such an essay of a post! But i just really like this chick, and want to make her my gf! (not just lay her!)
