Alright lads?

I know these kind of things usually take a paragraph or two, but I'll try to keep it as short as I can.

Met a girl on Friday. She has a boyfriend, but She fits the criteria for a lay, maybe even a non-serious/open relationship, the guy seems like a bit of an AFC, however, so I don't really care. Anyways, number closed her, pretty sure she's into me, maybe not enough to f-close her, but she's at least attracted to me. Also found out from a friend that she thinks I'm hot, not sure if she means physically or personality-wise, I'm assuming the first one because it's the one I get often, but I'd much rather have the second. Anyways, I've been texting her, we met up with a group of friends on Saturday, which was good. So far I've been playfully negging her a lot and being generally flirty, maybe I'm reading it wrong, but she seems to be responding well, if she's not reciprocating then she damn well isn't responding negatively, which is the main thing. Next time we meet I'm planning on easing up on the negs and throwing in a compliment or two. Here's the thing; She says the next time she'll be out is Wednesday, she's in a different social group from the guys I hang around with, however, so there's a 50/50 chance I won't see her.

Main point: I asked her to text me today last night, to which she agreed. She hasn't texted me. This was made as a passing comment on the end of a text, so there's a good chance she forgot, I'm thinking that the boyfriend thing probably has a bit more to do with it, though. So, based on this, I'm fairly sure that Wednesday will be a flake. What way should I play this to try and minimize the chances of a flake? Bear in mind I only really have text game to use.
