What is verbal kino?
It's where you tell the girl how much you're going to touch her, but never do.

I passed by when she was talking with a friend, and she looked up, rolled her eyes at me, which I thought was an IOI.
Need to specify this "eye rolling" she did. Was it dismissive or playful? If it's the latter, then yes, it was an IOI. If not, then it was a IOD.

I joined their conversation, talked to her and her friends, and finally the friend was leaving so we got going. But she was walking in the front, and I walked behind with her friend. Then the most awkward moment happened:
Her friend run into the female bathroom on the way...I waited for 30 secs and was like "wtf..." so I had to catch up with her in the front. But when we walked outside the building she got on a phone call out immediately. I kept silent for a while on the way and she said bye.
Let me get this straight, she's in front of her friend who is in front of you, right? I would've made my exit then and there. In this scenario, it looks like your girl is distancing herself from you. The immediate cell phone whip out as her friend went into the bathroom was a bit convenient and coincidence.
At this point, it sounds like she's not
that interested in you. I'm sure there's
some interest (as a friend, maybe?). If you haven't number closed yet, here's what I'd say to gauge her interest level in me.
Me: Hey, I'm going to meet up with some friends this evening at XYZ billiards for a quick drink. Wanna tag along?
If she's interested in you and refuses, she'll offer another time. In which, you do a number close. If she's not interested in you, she'll flat out say NO. Doesn't matter her excuse, be it she has to do some hardcore studying or her cat needs flossing, she will not offer any future references. Good luck!
