Assuming attraction is good and there is descent rapport in an interaction is it okay to ever give her the "power" so to speak? For example:

"So when are you going to take/ask me out?"
"Aren't you going to ask me for my number?"
"So what are we doing this weekend?"
"Well are you just going to stand there, or are you going to kiss me already?"(assuming first kiss)
Etc. I'm sure there are dozens more...

I've used this method on occasion with success, just have a hard time sometimes judging when this is or isn't appropriate. Is this an effective way to flirtingly ask a question? Or could this detract from my frame and ruin an interaction?
