My number closing statement which has worked for me 100% of the time so "far".

What I usually do is say

Me: Hey I gotta go

then I take my phone out and give it to her

Me: put your number in

then i take my phone and tell her that i'm gonna send her a blank text for her to save my number. My text is this

Text: Save my name as ***** McSexy or whatever you wanna put

She smiles and laughs and you know it's the right number.

Just wanted to share this with you all, some of ya'll might already use this but lemme know what happens if you decide to use this

That wouldn't work for my style of humour, but it sounds very good.

So how do you usually do yours

I don't have a "usual anything", that is a specific joke, and any number of jokes are suitable for a specific person's sense of humour.

Personally I find when I say the same thing, it sounds like I've already said it before. So most of the time I aim to keep things fresh and new. All my number closes in recent memory were different. What I can remember, they didn't come with any fanfare, it was just a nessecary step. Like asking the bartender for a glass of water.

I used to do that. to know if that is the right number. and I got the same response. and some of them started to joke in return and sometimes conversation just start there.
