Right basically, Im pretty rubbish with phone game but I think ive done well today with this girl, ive never met her in person but met her online and have seen photos of her and her body is just amazing. So i have her number and have been texting her, asking her whats she doing for NYE and stuff. She said she wasnt up to much so I said she should come out with me and she said she would think about and but she says she never has much money...

Ive been handling the objections by saying stuff like I dont nee alot of money to have a good time. She also said that if she come out she would have to stay over because her mum doesnt like her coming home drunk. So instead of jumping at the chance and giving her an ego boost i just said ''yeh thats ok, you could stay over mine cuz ive got a spare bed'' and she replied with ''i was hoping it would be in your bed haha joking'' then i said ''yeh i think we should meet first, so come out with me and then ill decide wether ill let you in my bed or not'' can i get some thought on how i handled that please?

And the convo went on and ended later with her saying she'll think about coming out with me sometime, but im guessing she wont text me again unless i text her first so can i get suggestions of good ways to actually get her to come out with me? also can you guys suggest some good push/pull methods to use over then phone?

You sound too serious in your texts, she is clearly playful do be more playful. Like when she said she wants to stay in your bed, you could say something like "you would like that won't you? ". I am just spit balling but you get the idea.
You can't just ask her out on a big night like NYE without meetin up with her before. Take her out...you have to pay the first few times anyways, so tell her not to worry about money too much.
