So I met a girl at a party that I've had my eye on for some time and we end up dancing and making out for most of the night and were both pretty drunk. I end up not getting her number but when i wake up the next day I realize I have her flask, which is engraved and my friend who knows her says its really special to her. I facebook her and tell her I have it and she says she wants to come over tonight to pick it up. I end up just assuming that she's coming over when she said she would and never confirming that that works for me(stupid I know). So she says that she doesn't want to talk all the way and me now be there so i should just leave it in her friends mailbox who lives right next to me. I feel like this would be a dead end and have decided to just tell her I forgot and to try again tomorrow. Is that my best move? and is there anything else I should be doing?

Yea just tell her something that important to her you want to give it to her personally. That way nothing will happen to it, it would make you feel more comfortable

Got her to come over, and when she did she brought a friend which I knew was a bad sign right away. Asked her to hang out over the weekend anyways and got an "I'm busy studying for my midterm coming up". I think it's safe to say not to bother with this one anymore.

Yeh I don't think you can go anywhere from here.

Maybe if you run into her again on some party you can try to start bulding some attraction again. But for now I'd just leave it here and move on to the next one!

I know it sucks to hear, when you have an eye for one girl, but if you keep pushing for a day 2 from here she will only find you more creepy.
