well my girl has moved about 100km away to finish her third and last year of university, we have only been going out for 2 months but we have been into eachother for at least 6 months ( 4 of them she passed with her dickhead boyfriend.. i learned she was so sweet that she needed someone good to look after her so we are now together).... we have the best of times r, laugh and enjoy every moment spent together.. i want to keep this relationship on fire she is going to have loads of males hit on her (shes probablly a 8.5) she is really honest, always tells me what shes doing who she is with etc sometimes she even gets a bit bigheaded and tells me people are hitting on her ! what is this a sign of? am i not giving her enough attention ? i just roll my eyes at her like ''ok big head'' ..hope thats the right thing to do.. i am going to see her next weekend probably go clubbing with her new friends, how should i act?? so all the males know she is taken? any advice is greatly appreciated! thanx!

I've had a few longer distance relationships, previously with my ex, and now with my current, dancing in israel for 5 months.

both of mine were different countries, requiring a flight, so i would actually say you have a 'medium' distance relationship. main reason being is that you can jump in a car and see her within an hour if needs be...

what a second? an hour? man, it takes most people in london longer than that to get to work, and of course to see the other half...

ok you are not in the same circles, but you can pretty much treat it like a normal early relationship, you could quite easily see each other twice a week...

as for how to act around her friends, normal rules apply here, chat to her friends, joke with them, you want them telling her what a great guy you are...

just remember don't over neg her, she's already yours and you will come across as a dick more than anything...

in terms of acting around the guys you think may be interested, remember as i said she is yours, act like it and they will get the vibe... don't get overprotective at all, and keep an eye on who 'the likely suspects are'... when they seem to be hanging around then take her for a dance and casually kiss her, that will certainly make a few of them think twice about carrying on the pursuit.

in terms of texting and fone calls, keep them flirty to the point of dirty, i reckon, that will keep her interested in you. remember if she get uber horny, you have two choices, frantic drive up there and hammer her brains out and cyber sex... do not be texting her / calling her and then just leaving her horny, she will get that satisfied somewhere else.

also remember that she must come and visit you regularly, else you are just being a puppy following her around, and it will take her out of her local circle, a) she will be obviously missed and when she is visiting you it makes it clear that it is vaguely serious, b) the other muppets will end up looking elsewhere.
