Learn to kiss. Kiss a pillow or your hand, look at kisses in films and see how they look (often they don't look ideal, ask why, or what they should be doing better). Gentle is always better than rough, etc. If you need help on this people on this forum can help you further.

As far as escalation, run your finger down her thigh to her knee, massage her back then stop, draw swirls with a finger on her breasts. The key here is making her feel good then removing that good feeling. The absence will make her want more. Be gentle and take it slow, but always be moving forward. Aggressive passion and forcefulness can be very successful in bed, but wait until you get gentleness down before attempting.
