Hey,
Seem like most you guys say 'goodbye' after leaving a girl from meeting her first time.
But do you guys also give a kiss while saying goodbye? Maybe two kisses?
I once had this situation where a HB opened me, we had a small little talk where she was constantly smiling and giving IOIs, we exchanged numbers, but then at the end i think i did something totally awkward that she never texted me.
I said 'well nice to meet you let me kiss you' and gave her like two or three kisses on the cheeks, she smiled awkwardly probably being creeped out and left with a byebye, while i felt nervous myself about what i just did.
Here in Belgium, France it's pretty common to give people (women) a kiss on the cheek if you see them, and eventually when you leave them. At least that's what most people around here do.
But how do you guys deal with this when first meeting a girl? Giving a hand first? No hand just a 'Hey' ? And for leaving? No kiss at all (i'm talking about when you're first meeting eachother) And then on the second date you give her a kiss or no?
I'm pretty confused about this, i always try to give a friendly kiss and goodbye with a big smile.
On one side i think maybe it's too 'nice guy' but on the other side in our culture you may look rude if just saying 'i'm out bye' without any kiss and just leaving.
And in general i find goodbyes pretty awkward. I don't know how 'friendly' i should be, and if i should wait on the other people's reaction before really leaving.
I am always afraid of coming off as rude or creepy just saying 'Hey you know what im out BYE.' and taking off.
How do i handle greetings, saying that you're out, and actually getting the fuck out of there?
