Not sure where to put this put I figured this section wouldn't be too bad.

Basically I started talking to a girl a few days ago when she broke up with her bf. I started talking to her like 2 weeks after the break up. Opened funny had a good convo exchanged numbers after a couple of days ran good phone game all of that was great but now obviously I have to escalate and set up a meeting. This is the tricky part since I'm totally new to this online gaming thing, I never saw her IRL but the girl next door and her used to 'spy' on me when they were little so it's cool that we kind of share a history since it created a very playful convo.

Onto setting up the date, I handled her like any other girl when setting up a date, but my game doesn't include online gaming so I kinda went wrong here I guess and she flaked. Now after thinking about it, I can understand the flake.

What if he's creepy
What if he's not as fun IRL
What if ..

So I'm thinking about making the D1 a bit less direct by telling her that she can bring a friend if she wants, but honestly it sucks that I can't just run into her so that she feels comfortable.

Any other suggestions?

Find out what works for you, I just use these because it get's them laughing and actually playing on my jokes.



Never say that she can bring her friend this will most likely destroy your game

Set the date or "Hang out" for early afternoon with a few hours til dark. What this does is it creates a feeling of safety and easiness to the date. She will think you are not looking to F-close, that she can come up with excuses to leave, and that there won't be the "My house or yours" conversation.

What this also does is open up the time frame that you have, lets you bounce around to multiple locations, hit many different topics, and get her feeling that she has known you for a while and hit it off. So what you are doing is adding some more time to the clock to get more points scored.
