If you kissed closed her , you can consider yourself her boyfriend.

Does she get jealous? Jealousy is a good sign of a woman's desire or exclusivity.


Edit: don't ask her. She'll hint that she's your girl.

Take a look in the Relationships section. I remember there were a lot of nice ideas about it in there. The key thing is not to make a big deal out of it. So don't say "we need to talk!"

It's not that you sound stupid or corny--though as a confirmed "I don't do GFs" person I would ask "are you sure"?--but that the question is too big and too vague to answer meaningfully. You haven't provided enough information. Even when you say you've been "seeing her" every day for 3 weeks, I don't know if you mean you have had intimate/sexual contact with her every day for 3 weeks, you have been taking her on a lot of dates, she has been hanging out at your place, or you see her down the hall at work!

So, assuming the best case scenario--you have been seeing her romantically and are sleeping with her--and you want her as your GF, then you (1) build rapport (check out Gambler's vid's on this, he has it down, largely because he does not much go in for it himself), and then (2) work out some kind of understanding about what the relationship means by using your words to negotiate what you want (exclusive? what are your expectations? and what are hers?)
