| screen girls better, instead of playing to not lose (get girls to like you and not fuck up), play to win, screen hard and if she is giving you bad vibes next her for something better (not physically speaking, logistically speaking if you are doing night game), obviously only go for girls you find physically attractive, but instead of ''gaming'' to get them to like you, really just ask yourself what you want in a girl, open direct or with some sort of opener that shows intent (I like just a compliment on appearance, because usually they will not want to talk to you if they don't find you physically attractive, thus weeding out girls that are a waste of time), past that, screen hard and escalate fast, both will show you two things, how down she is to sleep with you (physical escalation), and screening will tell you how much actual chemistry you have with her, and also screen for logistics, who she is there with, what she is doing later in the night etc., make a real effort to actually find a cool girl and make a good connection, get to know her, sit, get close and vibe, be touchy, you don't have to make out at the club or anything, just really get to know her, if she seems to be getting really touchy back and things are going well, try to move her (you can do this several times if you want, but really you just want to make sure she is comfortable being alone with you), if she moves somewhere with you and is willing to isolate, start trying to figure a way to get her home, better to ask sooner then later, there is a ton of shit you can tell her to ask her home, but,

then chill with her for a bit, chat her up as long as you want but hang out at least a good few minutes after getting that number, then move on looking for another girl that is logistically better, you want to screen hard for girls that are good and interested in you, and really focus on making that connection if you can't get them home same night
if you are having really big problems with girls already knowing you at your regular venues, try some day game, if you are not doing the same night thing then you are better off anyways, day game seems to be way easier for the phone number game, most of the numbers you get at clubs turn out flake anyways club girls are too into party mode that making a connection is tricky (unless you have quiet clubs where you live and can actually spend time getting to know them), not only that but you can close pretty fast in the day then follow up texting right away and establish yourself in her phone with a text convo, text her up for few hours 1-2 days and sell her on the idea of a date, then stop texting and let her text you/chase if she wants, but use the phone pretty much just to set up dates after that, and play this shit like baseball, 3 flakes they're out (good chance she is a big waste of time)
you have to ask yourself, what would you prefer, 10 makeouts, a bunch of flakey numbers that lead to nothing, 0 lays, and maybe 1-2 blowouts
or
0 makeouts, 1-2 phone numbers, 10 blowouts, and you get laid
try to play to win, more then to not lose
