I work with this girl that is really awesome. However she is really uncomfortable around guys. She hasn't dated anyone in four years because she says she just feels really uncomfortable. She is a hb8 with a great personality. She was responding really well to teasing, but now she says "why should I hang out with you since I keep teasing her. " and "she is older now and doesn't want to go out anymore" if any of you have the pandoras box. She is a private dancer. I need to lay this girl.

It's always important that you never put tons of emphasis on a girls "words"- that doesn't mean nearly as much as the way she "acts" around you. Are you the prize? Does she supplicate to you? If so, then just invite her out. Remember, YOU are the man and you live an amazing fucking life. If she doesn't want to be a part of that then so be it ;)
