This is an HB8 I numberclosed yesterday. She flaked on me today (said she was too hungover), and then asked for my fb and when I didn't give it to her ("I'm not going to give it up that easy'), she didn't text back.
Was hesitant about sending this first text, but so glad I did.
Quote:
Me: I've had a good idea, we should meet up and make out.
Her: Wow you don't muck around!
Me: I call a good idea as it is.
Her: so you would make out with me, but won't be my facebook friend? This conversation is so strange.
Me: If you were me, which would you choose? (I thought this was a good message, but she didn't text back)
an hour or so later:
Me: Daw darling! I've gone home now.
Her: From where?
Me: School, close to where we could have been making out.

(Should have made that a

?)
Me: (five minutes later)

No text back.
So my points. You might argue that 'Daw darling, I've gone home now' sounded needy - but I disagree. It demonstrates that I'm willing to walk away from it.
Bit iffy on my reply after that. Pressing the same button too much?
I could have just replied 'school', and waited for her to create new conversation (would be a good test for how into it she is).
Or made some kind of joke, 'the moon'. Lol, that's kinda funny actually.

Or something else funny. I can't think of anything at the moment...
Any advice on where to go from here? I really don't want to be a guy all running after her. Am happy to leave this one, but if you've got any good suggestions for picking things up again.
