I know the rule is usually wait at least 3 days, but what if you get a girl's number on a thursday? If she s interested, is it legit to set up a date/meeting (i m thinkin at a bar or club) for saturday? Especially in the light of the fact that I'm very busy during the week, so the weekends are the only times when i really party

If you ran your game right, it doesn't matter if you call the next day. Just don't seem needy in your call. Share the emotions and good times you had, and set something up with her later. Don't ask...just set a day and time. If she has plans....she'll reschedule.

According to style call the next day..try to answer with some kind of inside joke. talk for ten minutes and then say shit i got to go ....and hang up and call back the next day.

then next day talk for a little bit then set up a date..


the theory behind this is that when u call someone it is to set up a date... n by hanging up and not calling back you are not the typical guy

Good advice. I think it's more important what you say during the call then how soon you call. 1 day or 3 days matters less then the vibe she gets from the call.

i thought the 3 day rule was set in stone, but maybe that s just in the view of mystery and style... however it s still hard for me to get over the fact (maybe it s a myth) that calling the next day makes you sound desperate....

I usually text on the day after, call the day after I get the response.

It seems to work but I think just calling the next day is a little strange. I can still be CF on a text.

3 days might be too long imo.

I'm under the impression that the general public knows the three day thing. It's common, I've heard girls and guys talk about waiting three days, with no knowledge of Pick Up.

I generally call when I'm feeling it. Day after, second day, I don't think it matters so much (like most of the guys have said already), provided you aren't sounding needy or lack confidence. If three days is the general rule among people now...be the exception to the rule! You get AFC's who wait three days because their friends tell them to, and they build her up so much in their mind that they can barely talk without their voice cracking.

Just be that same guy she met when she gave you her phone number, it's what she's attracted to. If she is attracted to you in the first place then she's already waiting on your call

I K-closed and # closed last night. Usually I am not a guy to call the next day but she made me promise her several times that I would give her a call the next day. How should I approach this?
