| this is a gambit I've used successfully twice (out of two times). the tricky thing about it is that you need one of the girls to be in on it (did it with my ex both times)
first off, when the girls come over i acted casually (note: I'm a cocky/funny person by nature, so there's always a bit of sexual tension hanging in the air)
secondly: the plan both times was to hang out drink a few beers and have some fun.
so now you have the setting, after the usual fluffing and fun chitchat, i propose we play the game "i've never"
if you dont know this game, it is a drinking game where you take turns saying stuff like "i've never kissed a guy" and everyone who has must drink.
(note saying things you HAVE done is permitted as long as you drink yourself)
i do this for 3 reasons.
1: to get the girls mildly drunk thus lowering their inhibitions (keyword: Mildly)
2: to casually introduce some sexual chatter
3: to scope out the girls sexual experience
then when people starts to run out of phrases I usually end the game. (you can do this by asking for the story behind something she's done like: how did you end up 3 miles out of town naked or something like that)
after chitchatting some more and hearing some stories, one of the girls (the one i planned with) will suddenly notice that i have some cards laying about and try to convince me to play strip poker, i will give in, and in both cases the third girl did too.
(note: both times we did this, we were sitting on the bed)
30 minutes later you're all naked, probably laying under the blankets (therefore start in bed) you're keeping a casual distance to the target while your legs are have good contact with hers, unless of course the mood let you get away with being closer to her and not to mention the magic bullet in this, because you have an accomplice who is a girl, and already a friend of the target, she can sit very close to the target and get away with a lot of what i like to call "friendly petting"
from there it works a lot like mystery's kiss gambit, when she starts showing IOI's one of you jokes a little about threesome's if her response isn't negative you're pretty much golden.
note that i kino escalated throughout the ordeal was cocky funny without busting the targets balls too much and always kept my cool, if your eyes are caught lingering too much you'll probably crash and burn.
The good things:
1: you have help
2: the "i've never" game allows you to make the conversational topic get sexual without risk
3: Strip poker defeat almost all resistance in getting her clothes off
the first time we did this it worked on a heterosexual girl with little sexual experience, the second time we found out the target was bi-sexual and thus more game than a girl otherwise would have been.

btw. in both cases i initiated some kino while we were naked by noticing something about her body (preferably somewhere that will turn her on by touch) complimenting her on it, looking to the other girl and asking her "isn't that right" and touching the target at the point when look at my accomplice.
