I met some girl at a friend's dorm Friday night. Some kino, looked like a kiss close might have been on its way, but someone in the dorm threw up and chaos ensued. She goes to a different college and she and her friends departed as a group. I choked up and felt that it would be too awkward to ask for a number in this spot, so I didn't get one. However, I made her add me on facebook (which has her AIM screename) that night, so that's all the communication I have at the moment.

Would it be a good idea to message her on AIM and ask her to hang out sometime soon, or should I just wait and see if I ever run into her again? Also that night, she made me promise that I'd take her to a red sox game and she kept bringing that up throughout the night. Assuming I never talk to her again if I get some tickets like 7 months from now, should I invite her?

You can contact on facebook aim or whatever, I'm not familiar with online methods but there's a section on the forums for it. I wouldn't give into the baseball date, it sounds like she's trying to be the alpha and TELLING you your taking her out. Act like you don't even remember that conversation and when she brings it back up be C&F and make it known she's going to have to earn that date with you rather than her rewarding you by letting you take her.
