Firstly, wrong section - this should be under "Closing and Day 2's".

Secondly, I'd recommend reading Paul Janka's "Getting Laid In NYC" and stuff by 60 Years Of Challenge to get an idea.

In short, the most important points in my opinion:
1) get physical early (e.g. hug her when you meet her for the date)
2) don't talk too much, especially about yourself - be a bit mysterious
3) remember, that the conversation will be interesting even when you talk about boring stuff - provided you keep it interesting physically
4) keep intense eye contact
