You: I absolute need to tell you my secret!
Her: ok.....
You: It's super secret!
Her: What is it?!
You: You can't tell anyone!
Her: OK! What is it?!
You: Swear???
Her: Yes just tell me already!!!
(Get real close, brush her hair behind her ear, then whisper in ear)
You: I'm Super Man...
Her: Oh really? haha...
You: Yeah, your name wouldn't happen to be Lois Lane would it???
Her: Ha! very funny, I'm actually (her name)

It's works better the more you build it up so she drowns in her own curiosity. It's also ok lightly grab her shoulder while you whisper in her ear with the hand thats not brushing her hair back...

This is solid bro. One I use (with the same build of a secret revealed) is they ask where I work (insert build) then I whisper "I...pleasure...women", try that out, always gets laughs too, good stuff!
