So me and my friend decided to go out with some material for the 1st time ever. We went to this bar that was supposed to be quiet but there was a heavy metal rock band so it was really hard to start up anything because of the crazy noise. Afterwards when it finally ends we set out.. I started with a fat girl that looked very approachable. It was a success!! It was easy and she was entertained and it seemed to fall into place better than i could imagine. After that I approached a pretty girl and I was not the same person. Im pretty sure I got nervous because she was so dam hot and also I didnt really seem into the situational opener because I had just said it literally 30 seconds ago. O it was the can I get your opinion on something.... friend has a girlfriend whom he loves very much also he has a friend that it JUST his friend for 5 years. Girlfriend is getting phyco jealous over nothing and wants him to end the friendship what do you think? neways it may need a little work and I neeeeeeed input from you guys. I just started this thing Im very new to all this. LOL we made it into a game where me and my wing had 5 20 monopoly dollar bills and if i talked to someone he gave me one and vise versa. This task was easy. When I step my game up it will be a 20 for when she leaves with me. I left the club alone last night tho... All in all had a good time. got very talkative after the rock music. We were accepted in the club but we left alone so in my opinion we semi fail boated it. ..

the important thing is you are atleast applying the theory. the only way to beat AA is to keep putting yourself into situations that bring it up. It is like being trapped concrete box and having to keep chipping away at the wall in order to escape.

The way I beat it is to be aware of my body language and what it is doing, then rectifrying it to seem more confident. You will be surprised how you may be shaking like a leaf inside but appear totally confident. Be aware of your voice as well. Confident people have a level voice pitch and volume plus speak slower.

ya Its all fun and games when your at your apartment with buddies going over the material but when your nuts are on the line its like its trys to fall to the wayside. One of the MOST difficult things to do for me at least. I pray it will get easier cause my concrete block is pretty thick and I got a rock shaper from shawshank redemption lol... this may take awhile but im not gonna give up!!
