recently i've been practicing a lot of online game through FB..

I want to work on my offline game though, mainly approaching and opening. I'm a HS student so the girls im gaming will be a bit younger. I was wondering if something like this would be alright?

Me: hey are you friendly?
HB: Haha yeah why
Me: ok good just checking to see if you had a good personality to go along with that pretty face
HB: thanks

and then go from there depending on where i am or whatever, say it was in the gym

Me: you mind if we trade sets?
HB: sure
Me: I'm smith by the way
HB: ashley, nice to meet you
Me: Unique name ashley, is it turkish or something?
HB: Haha idk
Me: I was trying to be cute and funny, guess i was just being cute

thats usually how it goes online... but you get the idea. Is that opener alright or should i use something else

Dude you have too much self- praise going on. You may think that is just being "fly" but it can come across as arrogance to a lot of girls. That isn't an attractive feature.

I believe aside from that you are on the right lines. Something like " I have seen a lot of girls this week, including ones on the covers of magazines but you make them all look like Voldermort. Just wondering whether you have a great persona to match the aesthetics on my screen"

lol I used "hey you're cute, are you friendly? at a bar and she said thats not a very good opener....but I am actually friendly.

I only tried this once and even though it wasnt the best, she didn't blow me off and I felt I could have turned it around. I drank too much that day so I wasnt as witty and interesting so it didnt go anywhere. All I know is, if the girl is still talking to you then you can make a comeback.

The first opener seems pretty lousy, but I haven't tested it myself tbh.

The second opener is a good one. It's friendly, spontaneous and natural. I like it. Specially when you start teasing her about her name.
