Hey, Im sort of new to the game. I need to pick up a waitress at this sports club i've been to twice before. She's an HB8. The first 2 times i went (with a friend) i was too fucking nervous to hit on her, instead i just acted like i wasnt interested in her at all, ordering drinks and shit when she came over without looking like i want her, basically not giving her the time of day. Although i noticed she stared at me a couple of times from far away, which might have been a major IOI (i kick myself for not doing anything) but then again, she's naturally a friendly person, so i might have misread the situation. I plan on going back sometime soon, and wanted to know what to do, how to open, and how to get her number, as you know (well at least for me) it's a little harder to pick up a waitress than an average chick since they're at work and may not want to give you their number. Anyone have a good routine that they're PERSONALLY FIELD TESTED ON A WAITRESS AND IT'S ACTUALLY WORKED?

there's never going to be ONE TRUE process that works for every guy on every girl, so you can't go looking for that. You also have to presume that since you havn't been practicing that anything that happens with this waitress is merely 'practice' and trial an error for you.

Yes of course I've picked up lots of waitresses and bar girls and shop girls and strippers and hired guns of all descriptions.

The first thing that you have to think about is actually paying attention to her. Forget the crap about feigning disinterest, it's not doing you any favours. Smile at her next time she comes past your table, and start having small conversation with her when you see her.

What would your first line be? Well when she comes to your table perhaps a big smile, ask her how her day's going, then put out your hand and introduce yourself. As waitress, it's only a precious few customers who bother to really interact with her, the work can get boring and repetitive, and someone who is friendly and talkative will make her day that much better. Every time she comes by your table have another short conversation with her.

When it comes time to leave tell her you'd love to show her what life is like on the other side of the service, and you know a great cafe located at XYZ and you'd love to take her.

Honestly, it doesn't need to be any more complicated than that. No games, no routines, nothing fancy. Most guys never actually give it a proper try, so they never know how easy it can be to meet girls during the daytime.

Go when its a little slow too so you guys can actually have a couple mins to talk.

sometimes it just calls for some balls and manners..
ask her how her day was going etc?smile of course...
small conversations here and there..

and close how you feel you should, whether its a number close or ill see you later(which of course you come back a few days later then number close)

just be casual and happy with a out going kind of attitude..
