I have a friend that's a girl that I've known for 3 years. We're sophomores now but we've never hung out before. I just asked her to hang out recently but I want to be more than friends. What should I do when we hang out? I still don't know what we're planning to do that day.

the key is to become comfortable and create memories with each other..
aka go to many places together... the more environments/situations you share with someone, the closer you feel and the tigher the bond is...
as a follow up, the guy should always have a general event planned, although she never needs to know it before hand...

thus, you could call her over to your place, cook lunch togerther, and go walk to a park or some shit. also, I'm not promoting drugs, but from my experience, doing drugs, like weed, makes the bond tigher with the people involved, be it guy friends or chicks. then go out to a park or a local college event. the benefit of going to a local college event or funraiser/park + walking there is that you have more time to be together, and if there is more chance that you will encounter your friends that you can introduce to her, or you guys will encounter her friends and you will meet more girls.

Great advice One more thing... she seemed hesitant on the phone to hang out one on one cause she asked "who else is gonna hang out with us?" should I invite like one of my friends and her close friends? or should I just go ahead and make it a one on one thing

if there is a mutual friend (from the high school you guys attended), or her best friend should be considered. or else she might be a little reluctant in the sudden interest you have on her.

don't make it a big deal, but i think you should show her that your cool and up to her par.
