I know it ain't so good but she's really hot (HB8).

Now before you go all PG-13 and try to confess your feelings for her, find out if she likes you. Then when you know she likes you, you can escalate to boyfriend status with no/little fear of rejection. And if she doesn't like you either build attraction or find another target.
