Me and this HB9 have known each other for about 4 years and were pretty good friends. I haven't talked to her in about 2 years, but I still have her number. She's a book worm, very smart, and a little dull at times, but it doesn't matter because shes hot. I was looking around for openers and I already know shes wont think any of them are witty or funny at all, they will probably come across as creepy to her. I'm was thinking of a nickname she had that I could use in an opener, but she didn't have one. The only thing I could think of was her characters name in a play we were in 3 years ago. She was Becky and I was Tom Sawyer and we had a kissing part, just on the cheek. Basically I liked her the whole time I knew her but didn't have the balls, now I have balls and really want her. I was thinking of texting her "Hey Becky its Tom Sawyer." If anyone has a better way to phrase this or a better thing to say I would appreciate your input because I don't want to mess this one up.

One way you could try to reinitiate contact is by saying something like: Hey ______, it's ________. I was looking through my phone and noticed I still had your number. I haven't seen you since the Tom Seyer play and wanted to see how lifez been treating you?

That is a good idea, start simple, you don't need to be super funny right from the beginning.
