Ok to bring you all back to your AFC days, I attempted my first pick-up this weekend. I think I got the opener pretty well but failed at the close. Here is the low-down:

I oppened a pretty cute HB with a few negs and then ran an ESP test that got all her attention on me (hell yaa ) When her friends called her over for a drink, she blew them off to finish the test which I took as the first IOI (good assumption?). After a little more chatting I told her I needed to get back to my friends. Later that night I saw her with a group of guys and opened up to the group, making sure to give her a slight cold shoulder. I think I did it to well cuz she ended up walking away...and so I pretty much failed

I think it happened after I put a time constraint since she was already interested. Any advice on what I should have done? How should I have continued after the opener? Also, how can I open up again the next time I see her? thanks in advance!

I think you need to do more sets and do qualification.
