Well whatever you do don't say she's doing something wrong. I know it, you know it, and everyone else knows it that people hate being told bad stuff in the gym..:)
Just give her a compliment on the way she's working out or something like that..

I would force an ioi before opening since you must go there all the time. It will be akward if u go direct and get rejected. For me i think it would be easier because I have naturally higher value in gym because I have been going gym 11 years so far but you are new to gym I'd say it is harder. I mean some newbies look up to me just because I have bigger muscle(not that big tbh but still look big for newbies eyes)

Anyways maybe better not take my advice im pretty new to this stuff :roll:

My suggestion is to ask her to work on machine with her while she is resting and start cas convo. If shes interested she will conversate then make intro. A girl picked up on me with this in gym, she was cute so I was more than happy for her to work in. Btw make sure you wipe any sweat off!
