This is my first attempt at my own stuff so please rate. i dunno if you have jaffa cakes if your not from england but they are good!

so you go up to a girl as you do and you say

you: hey, is a jaffa cake a cake or a biscuit ?

girl:blah blah blah

(whatever she says disagree so if she says biscuit you say but its soft like a cake and its called a jaffa cake or if she says cake say but its a biscuit its in the biscuit section at the shops)

you: no one knows

(begin new material)

I'm from England too and to me this sounds good! I'm starting out too so I need something good to use. Either way there's a good comeback with whatever she answers with. Make sure the FTC is there, and execute some body rocking and DHV.

Just letting you know that exact argument went to court the reason being is that there is different tax's on Biscuits and Cakes; one of which gets taxed a lot less or nothing I forget specifics.

Basically long story short it went like this.

What happens if you leave a biscuit out (it goes soggy)

What happens if you leave a cake out (it goes hard)

A jaffa-cake goes hard and therefore it is a cake.

This battle was fought in order to keep the low tax on the Jaffa Cake albeit 99% of people if not more won't know this.. just thought you should know.

Other than that seems great as everyone has an opinion on that!!
