I'm sure most of you know already, but for the ones that don't - you should prep before going out to pick up. More than just taking a shower. I am going to give you a structure for going out.

A. 1-2 days in advance (sometimes more) - Set up with friends a time/location to meet up. Find a cool spot to go. Do some research and find a cool place close to your home.
B. A few hours before your going out, review notes, books, audio books, about PUA Have openers ready, stories to tell that DHV. Get your mind prepared for that emotional state of fight or flight when you see a HB you want to approach. Think of that feeling hard and tell yourself, I realize I have this feeling, but I am going to listen to logic and approach. If you can identify that emotion before you have it, you can conquer it.
C. Prepare to go out, have a good meal, that isn't to heavy that doesn't have garlic or onion or anything that will make you stink.
D. Shower, brush your teeth, clean your ears, all the good stuff. While still thinking about having fun and getting into a talkative mode tonight
E. Go to a practice bar to get into a talkative mode. Get the jitters out and maybe even find a group to bring to the main bar your going to.
F. Get into a group right way if not already when finally at your main bar.

G. Game time

H. Now that the game is over, review what you did right, what you did wrong, how you could improve for next time, etc. Keep a log to review for next time you go out.
