Anyone know of any SPECIFIC openers that would apply to a smaller college house party? Something that would relate to the SPAM.

This is what I usually do...

Tell them I need a beer pong partner, ask them if they are any good. They validate themselves, I respond with a "You better be good." While playing, neg them about their posture when they shoot, ask them if they know how to play the game when they miss (small negs). Stand close, but not too close. If you win, get a hug and tell her to come chill on the couch/outside. If you lose, blame it on her and continue negging. Sit on the couch or go outside without asking her to join you, she will probably follow if interested.

This is assuming the party you are at has beer pong, which most college parties do.

ask her opinion on something. i don't usually use the "hey can I get a female opinion on something really quick..." line. At a party I usually just feel more comfortable approaching normally and asking how everyone is and how they know the people who threw the party or something. I then ask something like, "hey, do you guys think this shaved head works on me?" THey might say something enthusiastic like "yeah, i think it suits you" or something or they might be less enthusiastic which I immediately follow up with something like because I just went out to dinner with an old ex-girlfriend of mine and she was saying she hates it." I then transition to talking about how she might just be trying to insult me and how her friends agree with her. Girls have a lot to say about this and how they might gang up on a friends ex or something. Usually the convo builds enough momentum by this point and I'll start asking for names or joke around with them. If the convo sucks I'll eject, but usually a cool group of girls will enjoy talking with you enough to allow you to keep going. You obviously don't have to use this, you could ask about something else relevant to your appearance (if you have a unique style, accessory or something).

Another one I commonly use is if a guy having musical talent automatically makes a guy more attractive. I'm learning the guitar so I talk about how my buddy or a girl I dated said something to that extent. You don't have to make up really crazy openers. I find the canned material doesn't work that well with the college crowd. Just use something simple, but interesting that will get the girls talking and eliciting their values. Hope that might give you some ideas.

I like the beer pong one.. I could see moulding it to any drinking games pretty much pong of all though because of the partner issue.
