wouldnt be suprised if theyre just sugar pills and any positives that come out of it are just the placebo effect of believing that something is going to work.

i suppose it could get rid of some anxiety, but i wouldn't say it was because of the pills themselves. if you believe in something enough then it could work even if its just a bit... what im trying to say is, you could take some vitamin tablets but if you thought it was going to help your anxiety your brain would tell your body your body (or emotions) not to get anxious.

the morel of the story is. positive thinking is half the work.

i hope u under stand and i haven't overcomplicated it (im not very good at explaining things lol)
