I can approach but thinking on my feet, or collecting my thoughts is something I want to work on. I find myself forgetting her name, what I asked earlier on, or just not being able to think quite frankly, and I think it's important I work on this.

I'm wondering if anyone here knows exercises or challenges I can go out and do to improve that immediately. I would be super thankful. I will actually be doing these exercises so please only tried and tested exercises that you or someone you know has experienced positive results with (no theories). Perhaps I just need to keep approaching until I can think on my feet while opening a beautiful woman...

I feel ya man! this happens to me alot! sometimes I will spend a few hours with a girl and only get her name again when I number close and she puts it in my phone. I've recently been trying to say the girls name (and her friends' names) a few times within the first 30 seconds of them giving them to me. I try to give them nicknames that sound like their real name either in my head or out loud. Can be good for role playing. But most of all say their names as many times as possible as soon as they give them to you that way it will be much more likely to stick.
