Standard Hello opener with a handshake
... lifting the hand as if you intend to kiss it
... roll the hand over at the last moment and kiss the back of your own hand.
They always laugh!
Sometimes they say you did it wrong ... do it right!
Groups of 2 (or more) ... handshake the first, fake kiss the second.
The first wonders why you didn't do it to her.
On multiples, do a real hand kiss on one, maybe ignore one, to add to the "confusion"
kind of a tension / push-pull with a little kino
Almost for got...eye contact the whole time ... excuse for not "seeing" whose hand you kissed. LOL

NON USABLE BUT HILARIOUS HANDSHAKE OPENER
when she reaches out press your thumb and all your fingertips together like you are making your hand into a snake sock puppet. Giggle as she stares at you in pure horror when she shakes the stumpy feeling mass. haha that shit is funny forever.
