So my HB8 housemate want's to go speed dating, she wants me to go with...being the spontaneous and fun guy that I am I thought about giving it a try, only it's next Tuesday and I have a date then so I'll have to go with her on the next one.

I see it as a testing ground for getting a bit of speed seduction on the go, run some speedy routines (although not canned if i can help it!), DHV myself and stand out from the other AFC's, the game is to hit on every chick regardless of their HB rating and just see what kind of response I get from what I use...

My question is; What would you do in the 3 minutes you get with each girl? What are your thoughts?

Body language is key I have observed a few speed dating events and always notice guys slumped forward leaning in with a miserable face. Although it is very important to listen to the girl, make sure you are listening with a smile, you can lean in a bit to build comfort and rapport but makesure your shoulders do not tense up (Alpha males have relaxed shoulders) and your hands are resting on the table in a clasp position (like news readers do)so it is easy to gesture. Maintain good eye contact, when you look away make sure it is to the side and not down towards the floor.
Also you only have 3 minutes. I would try to make humours cheeky statements of assumption to get her to reply. For example, "is that a accent I detect, you are not originally from around here are you?"
She says "no I am from XXXX" you say "Oh before I came here my mum warned me about girls from XXXX they are trouble"...make sure you are laughing as you say it. You want to be a source of energy not a sink.

I think it would be great for experimenting, overcoming AA, improving conversation skills etc etc. Not saying I would expect miracles but It would be fun to try.

As I understand it most speed dating events are for a set age range, so you should be dealing with people around your own age. I've never tried speed dating, but I think you're right in the sense that it could be good practice.

Speed dating is excellent for speed seduction of any kind. Try various things when you are there. Consider it as a testing ground or a place for experimentation if you may.

Always thought of trying speed dating but need to wiegh up the pros and cons!

I think one of the cons is you're not actually getting over your AA - you will never replace going out into the field and hitting on randoms with speed dating or internet game (yes i know i'm and avocator of internet game but it's working for me!!)

A pro is you can test your mid-game material, routines, body language etc...
And you don't even have to number close - they tell you they are interested at the end!
