Im not 21 yet so i can do the bar game, Which I feel as I could be better yet, Im going tomorrow and approaching alll day. Im Scared as fuck I know I shouldn't be. This has always been the biggest hump for me to get over.

At the mall, get yourself into a social frame by talking to shopkeepers, sales assistants, and the girls handing out free samples of shit. They HAVE to be nice to you if they want to make a sale, so you can fuck with them and joke around and they have to take it! Don't be rude to them, but feel free to be a little weird and test out what's funny, for the fun of it!

Once you've done that a bit, it's a lot easier to walk up to a random girl and start talking to her.

My advice is ALWAYS to be honest and say what's really on your mind.

If she's an absolute stunner, just tell her so. If you really like her style, or sexy walk, or cool hair, THAT's your opener.

In general, it's best to explain a little bit about the situation before you deliver your compliment. That's because it makes the whole thing more genuine, makes it clear you're not a salesperson or a charity worker, and gets her to stop and listen to you before you tell her you wanna make babies with her sexy vagina!

So, an example would be:

"Hi! I know this might be a little odd, but I was just over there (you can point if you like) and I noticed you have this amazingly confident, sexy walk, and I just had to come over and meet you. I'm ____ "

From there, you just want to get into a normal conversation, ask her a bit about herself, build a little rapport and show her you're a cool guy, and then get the number, ideally with the suggestion of a day 2 beforehand.

So, for example, if I'd opened with the above, I could:

ask her if she's a dancer or something (because of the great posture and walk),
tell a story about learning salsa with a friend and stepping on her toes by mistake like a retard,
ask her if something embarrassing like that has happened to her recently,
find out some kind of common interest,
suggest going to do something based off of that, and
get her number.

The whole thing need not take more than 5-10 minutes.
