In my experience i thought AA was as bad as moast Puas make it out to be.
Like the 3 second rule , and if you dont use it could happen and all that.
But i was sitting next to this HB one day and i thought what the hell so i opend.
And to my suprise it was fun, her responding to my outragus questions and me quickly thinking of somthing to say in return.
It was so fun that i opend about 3 more sets that day on the steet.
So for me ( and this might not be like it is for you) once you open the AA spontaneously disappears and you forget you ever had it.
Because AA is only when you think about it from a distance and not when you are using your material or whatever you use.

So if AA is stoping you from opening just think about this and know that when you open that terribal feeling will be wiped from you brain.

Once you learn to enjoy the process its very easy. Its only hard when you worry too much about the outcome.. like "I must get her number" or "I must fuck her".

Just relax, have fun and let the chips fall where they may.
