So the Holidays are basically here and this is one of the best times to pick-up lonely women who wish they had someone special for the holidays.

You can use these anytime of the year.. but I think the holidays make them work more smoothly:

"Excuse me.. where do you buy your clothes? I'm holidays shopping for my sister/friend/cousin and I love your style."

"Excuse me.. do you celebrate (insert holiday)?" -- You can start a conversation regardless of her response.

"Where can I get the best Thanksgiving Turkey?"
