I accidentally came up with a decent opener earlier this week. This was a real debate me and several friends were having. Which TV show from our childhoods do you think had the most kick ass theme song? My personal favorite is Power Rangers. One of my friends chose Thundercats, another chose Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I unintentionally opened a set of HBs at the mall earlier this week, asking them to settle the debate, and each of them had their own opinion which they defended quite vehemently.

Another one I've used is the Soda/Pop debate. This one only works if you live in New England, or at least in the Northeastern region of the country (I'm in CT for school right now). I can start huge debates with people about whether its called "Soda" or "Pop" (I'm from Ohio, so I personally say "Pop" but all the New Englanders say "Soda"). One neat thing I've noticed is that if you try to be the mediator and say Soda Pop, both sides of the argument unite against you. This one gives you a neat little pebble/neg you can throw out if they say something different from you (you say pop, they say soda or vice versa). ie (lets go get a can of Soda.)

There you go, thats my two cents into the pot, and these are both my own originals, so you're not in danger of getting caught using them. Tell me what you guys thing, and if you want to, put down your opinion for both debates, I'm still curious about both. POWER RANGERS AND POP ALL THE WAY!

This wasn't a show but the theme song for Flintstones vitamins was my absolute favorite jingle of all time. I still sing that shit when I'm bored even though I haven't seen one of their commercials in years.

"We're Flintstones kids. 10,000 bonesssssss...and growing!"

Classic...by the way it's soda. Pop is what happens when an 80 year old man tries to swing dance.
