Alright, so the starbucks that's in the mall that I work at, there's this cute girl who works there. I see her about once or twice a week. She's about my age, and seems ok to talk too. But the problem is, its nearly impossible to have a conversation with her, because the starbucks is ALWAYS filled, so there's always a line of coffee needing customers in back of me, once I get to her. So I can't exactly flirt with her, while there's people on line. Also sometimes she's not even working the cash register, sometimes, she's in the corner making drinks, making it even more awkward to talk with her, cause I'd have to shout past her co workers. I rarely see her out in the mall, or anything. Also even if I could ask her out, I wouldn't want to embaress her in front of her co-workers. Given all this info, is it even possible to still ask her out, or atleast flirt with her some?

Don't ask her out. I've had terrible experiences asking out a girl at work. She might even be into you, but shoot you down because the setting. What you do is really easy. If she's in the back, try calling her over. And then quickly and secretly get to your point. Try to look like you're just good friends to detract suspicion. Hey, I know you're busy, but I want to talk to you, outside of here. What's your number? It shows interest and you respect her time and work environment. This can be hard if there's a lot of d-bags listening in because if she knows people are watching, she'll almost always say she's not allowed. You have to be sly, you might even slip her a note if she's working. If you hang around a lot, you will look like a creeper, so get in, get the number, tell her you'll talk to her that night, and haul out. Be a ninja.
