I came up with this one based off a argument me and some friends used to have, and a week ago I realized its potential in starting conversation. I have tried it a couple times, using a couple different methods and found that it works best like this:
Walk up to a set (If there are guys, great, this typically intrigues them as well) and ask:
"Have you all ever heard of being gay for pay?"
For those of you who haven't, it is exactly what it sounds like, straight men doing gay porn because it pays more. Explain this to them if need be and continue:
"So do you guys think that if a straight man does gay porn he is still considered straight?"
Here I find a lot that guys will say the man is gay, but girls tend to say he is only doing it for the money, and it isn't a lifestyle choice. This can start a debate within the set, with you at the center of attention.
Here the conversation will go one of two ways. First either the set will agree that it isn't gay, but just for the money. Here I say:
"Do you believe all people have a price then? I have a hundred dollars in my pocket if that's the case?"
I say this sarcastically, and the point is to get her to laugh. After this continue on:
"But seriously, if some guy would give you a billion dollars to have sex with him, would you do it?"
Hardly anybody says "Yes", but almost everyone implies that they would. I respond by saying:
"See even you have your price, now its just a matter of finding how much it is exactly."

Now, if the set has agreed that the man is gay for doing the porn I take a different approach. I say:
"Well here is the real debate my friends have. One time a gay guy offered to take me to lunch. I respectfully denied, but now that I look back, maybe I could have atleast gotten a free meal out of the deal. Is that still gay for pay?"
This one is a real crowd pleaser, and you can continue the conversation at length.

On a side note, about three hours ago I got a phone call from a buddy of mine down in Florida. Apparently a girl I used to date back in high school just did a porno. I swear to God, I just watched it. The first thing that came to mind was: "How can I turn this into conversation?"
I'm going to start field testing this one tonight, anybody with ideas please let me know.
