I used to be and still am in love with this girl and i never made a move on her but i know for sure that she was into me aswell as we both stayed single whilst i was slowly movin into the friend zone now shes with sum other guy but i want her back help please..

Easy enough. The hard part is you have to get her alone, somewhere. All you do is tell her, now that she's with a guy, you realize you missed out on a big opportunity and you want the chance to make it right. You have to do this while their relationship is still just starting out. If you let too much time pass, you'll have to wait until she's single again. If you're lucky, she'll become really emotional and confused, maybe even mad you because you waited til she was taken. If you're unlucky, she'll put you at arm's length. At least you'll know where you stand and if it doesn't work out, shrug it off like a man; NO WHINING. Not very hard.
