you guys seem friendly i had to come say hi.-only about 50% of the time does this opener work for me. the other 50% of the time the girls say something along the line of "were not friendly" very cold and give me a death stare. does anyone have any sugestions as what to say after. like something cocky funny or a neg?

punish them for that, without being rude ... first of all: the reason it works great half of the time, and horrible the other half is because the opener is direct and shows some interest. its like a compliment before you know them, if they are interested at all they likely will respond well, if they arent interested at all they likely will not. even though you said "you seem friendly" and people typically dont want to say "no im not" to that, but in these situations some girls are going to want to get rid of you right away, no matter what it is you say, especially if it is a phrase that shows interest.. if they respond badly, dont leave .. but you also dont want to look reactive to their bratty behavior by dishing out something rude back to them.. its a fine line my friend. 8)
