'out of your league' dilemma- age problem

I go to a town center / sports bar every Friday, and until recently i have been satisfied with women around my age- 18. But I am trying to up my game and work on closing with older women- think 19-25. Although i have gotten a number or two i feel like i have this inferiority dilemma when talking to them, and as they see me as younger and not a prospective date/close. My question is what can i do or say to negate the fact that i am younger, and keep her interested... and close

NO woman is outta your league unless you make her out of your league. they know how old they are... when you ask them their age and they reply... say DAMN your old... what do dinosaurs look like(with a smile) they usually laugh and say shut up or something of this nature...
