Hey guys.

Before you answer the subject question, many of us know the answer with regards to pickup is Approach Anxiety. Why is this such a bad acronym/concept to put in our minds though? Take a look at the other meanings of the acronym AA:

Now let's look at the definition of "anxiety" as well:

I somewhat agree that putting a label on your fear of opening women is a way to stave off the mental stress, but it also gives you an excuse to not approach. "Oh, I can't open because I have AA" is what many of us might think. Just a quick thought.
