Before i got to college on sunday i made a promise to myself that i would talk to everybody and try to open any hot chicks i see. ive done a very good job of it so far, im very outgoing but its still hard work to talk to SOOO many random people. well ill get to the point, ive been feeling this nervousness ALL the time since being here, tightness in my throat, emptiness in the pit of my stomach. i thought it was just basic nerves but i realized something just now.........


could it be a kind of a perpetual approach anxiety? is it possible to have it nonstop over an extended period of time?

it'll be gone over time

its like when somebody dies thats close to you, the healing process works over time, it not going to happen overnight

its also like playing tennis, you suck at tennis at first and over time you get better

same thing with approaching

what i used to do is I always had a late psych class i.e. 7-8pm. there was few people left at the college and i would always sit in the lounge, no friends. what'd i do? make fun of the most random shit about a person that walked down the hallway by the lounge. not directly to them, afterwards when they walked by(situational opener?) like
Me:"omg! did you see that girl? she looked like a fuckin pig!"
Random: what? like shes fat?
Me:no, like a pig. REET REET. sheesh, this is college, act like it



being obnoxious has gotten me far in life
