Alright guys.

Ive been quite afraid of the approach for a while but there are ways to overcome this fear.

Firstly, you have to face your fears atleast once.

The trick is to associate your courage with something, in my case I used music: Eye of the tiger..lol.
So listen to the music and it associates itself with your bravery. Then nexxt time you sarge, use that music to edge you on!

What I do to overcome being a AFC is just tell myself, "Either your going to be man or be a fucking chump all your life!!!!". This usually works for me, others use other things. I've got a lot of pride so I'll think of something that attacks my pride if I don't approach a set when I sarge. I remember the first time I started, I saw the set that I wanted to approach and thought of the line to use along with what to follow up on. Now the hard part was just to walk my ass over there and open my mouth. After a couple nights of sarging and experience, you learn to be more confident and ready for anything she says.
